About CivicCore

Political parties deserve real software

Most parties run on spreadsheets, group chats and memory. That works until an election, when it stops working all at once.

Why we built it

The problem is coordination, not enthusiasm

Parties rarely lack committed people. What they lack is a shared, current picture of who their members are, what the field is reporting, where the money went, and what is happening at each polling station on the day. CivicCore exists to hold that picture in one place.

How we build

Four commitments

Built for parties, not adapted to them

Generic CRMs have no concept of a constituency, a polling agent, or a nomination. CivicCore models the structures parties actually work with, so nothing has to be forced into a field that was meant for something else.

Designed for the field, not just HQ

The people who decide elections are standing at doorsteps and polling stations. The mobile app assumes a modest phone, an intermittent connection, and someone who has never been given software training.

Accountable by default

Party operations are contested from inside as well as outside. Every action is recorded, sensitive steps need approval, and nothing important rests on one person's word.

Meets people where they already are

Broadcasts and credential resets travel over WhatsApp because that is where members already read their messages. Adoption should not depend on changing everyone's habits first.
