Role-based access
A finance officer, a regional coordinator and a super admin each see a different system. Permissions are assigned per role, and every assignment change is itself recorded.
Oversight & trust
Membership rolls, finances and results are contested by nature. CivicCore is built so that every action is attributable and every sensitive step is reviewed.
How it works
A finance officer, a regional coordinator and a super admin each see a different system. Permissions are assigned per role, and every assignment change is itself recorded.
Every action across the platform is attributable — who did it, what changed, and when. Disputes get resolved with a record rather than recollection.
Logins, failed logins and permission changes are logged apart from ordinary activity, so unusual patterns stand out instead of being buried.
Financial actions needing sign-off route through an approval step, and broadcasts are reviewed before they reach members. Nothing irreversible happens on one person's click.
Members use a phone number and a 4-digit PIN, verified server-side, with optional Face ID or fingerprint. Repeated wrong attempts lock the account temporarily.
Password and PIN resets are administrator-triggered and delivered to the member's own number — no email account required, and no credential shared in the open.
Data protection
CivicCore is operated for your party alone. We do not sell party data, and we do not use it to build profiles for anyone else.
We would rather answer the hard ones early. Ask about hosting, access control, audit records or data protection.
